I just found one really cheap frame and I had to try on an idea that I have had for a long time. I searched through my magazines and saw an cool advertisement from Levi’s. You can see the result above.
Lately, I’ve seen many nice pics of yellow-grey-black-white decorating and started to like the combination of these colors. It’s not as retro as it could be (not at least in these two pics), actually I would rather say that it looks sophisticated and at the same time fun and inspirational. Maybe I should start with a hint of yellow and see what does it look like…

I ****ing hate to write job applications!
I was writing one for an hour (it takes me so long cause I try to be so pedant) and my laptop just deleted it. ERROR. Not the first time nor the last. I HATE THIS! Please someone just come knock my door or ring a bell (whatever) and offer me a full time and permanent job with good salary + benefits, interesting tasks and lovely workmates. I’ll do anything that has something to do with traveling/tourism and customer service. WAIT, maybe still …almost anything.
I love to decorate: to plan, get inspired and find unique stuff or do it myself. I get my inspiration from nature and I want to fill my home with weird exclusive, unique DIY-stuff, my grandmas handmade pillows, other crafts, wood (dark especially), colors and memories, for example photographs and souvenirs. I want my home to feel like home, I want it to be beautiful but also functional -not for example “all white” where I need to be careful with everything that I touch. I want it to caress and delight me when I feel blue, make good memories, let me sleep my nights tight and invite my friends with its warmness and welcome them to come again. I want it to be source of inspiration -not only for me- but to the visitors also.
I am already in love with my new apartment - so how crazy in love I must be when we carry our stuff in and I can watch our backyard every night when I go to sleep…*sigh*
This room in the picture is close to my ideal. It’s charming and modern with an individual twist. Love it <3 Only, that I think that something is missing -and those who know me knows exactly what it is… a carpet;)
